- Min 5 years experience of field sales and dealer management
- Experience in Fixed Business and Telecommunication
- Target and result oriented
- Having leadership skills to manage and coordinate
- Ability to negotiate,persuade and influence sales team
- Strong relationship management
- Ability to build a network in other departments of company
- Military service completed (for male candidates)

We are seeking a Sales Executive-Fixed/İstanbul with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Area Sales Manager-FTTH of Vodafone Turkey.
- Achieve the realization of the monthly targets of exclusive channel and field sales channels in Fixed line
- Managing and developing the relations between the dealers and the company
- Reporting activities of the rivals in the area of responsibility
- Managing partners focus within region by coaching and supporting their sales team according to processes
- Track and perform all KPI's of company
- Developing the subscriber base and number in region
- Planning and leveraging campaigns and activities to increase subscriber number and motivating the partners and their sales team to offer and deploy company's products and services
