İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an Online Product Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Online Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Product Development of Online Products (i.e., Web, App, Mobile, Social Media, etc.)
- Provide technological understanding for online customer services based on the long term customer related strategies of company
- To Design and improve customer self service processes by following technological improvements on the market and apply best practices in the group and competition to highlight Vodafone Turkey’s differentiation in the market.
- Business ownership of online products by proactively managing full life cycle of online products.
- Contribute to strategic customer hero role of Vodafone Turkey, by leveraging online channels and online products under his/her responsibility.
- Ensure that customers actively recommend online product capabilities in his/her responsibility area due to clear differentiation.
- Assist Genesis Programme in gathering Self Service needs and requirements
