QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ability to make logical and analyical solutions within a team environment

• Fluency in English and Russian are mandatory. Arabic will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows server/client operating systems
• Knowledge in IT hardwares in general – Such as notebooks, desktops, servers, switches, IP Phones, PDTs, tablets

• Able to travel frequently locally and abroad
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Corporate experience in vendor/partner management, with proven project and task outputs
• Corporate experience in contract management within IT scope
• Experience with vendor evaluation, vendor audits, Supplier and Contracts Management Information System (SCMIS), supplier/vendor management policies, service and hardware procurement best practices
İŞ TANIMI
• Responsible for management of partners and contracts of all International Retail IT (including software, hardware and consultancy partners all)
• Establishes an International IT Partner Management strategy by getting feedback from functional managers and finalizing with IT Director. Creates Partner and Contract Management policies that are aligned with the defined strategy. Reviews and if needed revises them on yearly basis. Regularly reviews the compatability with policies and makes regular management reports
• Defines responsibles for each Contract and Service, establishes communication channel matrixes with partners and roles. Administers partner relationships
• Searches, finds, selects partners, partner alternatives and backups along with related function / service managers
• Responsible for creating and managing Supplier and Contracts Management Information System (SCMIS), which includes information on all partners, contracts, reviews, risk and action plans
• Designs and establishes L2 and L3 processes of partner evaluation, audits, risks assessments, business continuity plans, partner categorization, partner criticality levels management. He/she makes regular management reports on partner status changes, contract changes, risks, mitigation plans and actions expected
• Supports making of all contracts to meet the service requirements, policies and mutual benefits with partners. He/she is responsible with the approval of all contracts finally before management approval process
