• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or  relevant department
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Having excellent command of MS Office,
• Have ability to coordinate,
• Knowledge of logistic the process,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Highly motivated to identify opportunities and initiate changes to improve the business
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Analythical Thinking to analyze/format data
• Innovative thinker to create, implement and maintain operation best practices
• Very good communication, presentation and social skills
• No travel restrictions,

İŞ TANIMI

• Acting as the primary contact to support all the related steps of operation processes within the organization.
• Preparing and sending reports to Senior Management and to Head office regarding operational transactions,
• Maintaining commercial relationships with local and global logistic companies
• Be the central link between the customer, internal operations and senior management to ensure customers need,
• Coordinate transport and freight matters with all participants
• Supporting   Project Management activities , starting with internal  tasks  such as monthly reforecasting; status reporting,
• Supporting  Month End Closure  and Business Forecasting  processes
• Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans
• Do the project management, data handling, reporting and all other field operations coordination tasks as requested
• Coordinating activities and schedules,
• Coordinate interaction with Logistics,
• Keeping document registry and numbering,
