BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Head of Section for Cooling Engineering to be employed inÇerkezköy Cooling Development Center with the following qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or similar engineering fields.
• Work experience min. 5 years
• Project experience min. 2 years in a leading function or sub leading functions
• Leadership Skills
• Experience in development and acoustics and CAE of refrigerators
• Used to work in International teams and have Intercultural experience
• Analytical minded, team oriented, having innovative spirit, good communication skill and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Live/willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Beylikdüzü and Bahçeşehir.

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to the projects and series production in terms of  simulation, acoustics and freshness in line with Cooling strategy and roadmap by
  • Planning and allocating resources to the given tasks and projects
  • Coaching the team, keeping them updated with the new projects, their requirements, and project roadmap.
  • Enlarging the application of CAE usage on the projects and development tasks. Improving the reliability of CAE models with the collaboration of other simulation departments of Refrigeration Business Units and BSH  
  • Managing all acoustic development activities and sustaining the acoustic laboratory work and introducing new technologies and methods herein.
  • Managing the development and testing food preservation systems. Researching and developing new solutions and features for the demand of hygiene and freshness
