QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing Team located at Silivri /Güneşli responsible from international markets of Şölen Çikolata Gıda San ve Tic AS.
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of significant experience in the FMCG industry,
University graduate from one of the top universities, MBA will be an asset,
Having strong and authentic business sense with ethical principles,
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams,
Result oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility,
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills,
Self-initiative and Passionate,
Customer oriented,
Strong analytical skills,
No obligation of travelling,
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Second language will be an asset.
İŞ TANIMI
Job Description:
Maintaining and providing strength to company’s brand position in assigned regional marketing area,
Managing category performance and brands’ A&P budget,
Evaluating the data from local markets and consumer researches,
Creating action proposals to make sure that the company has full understanding of consumers and market dynamics,
Closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, financial reports, market share trends; and suggesting sales growth strategies,
Managing short term and long term marketing plans and strategies according to targets to meet customer requirements,
Identifying new opportunities to develop the business in the target markets to increase market share.

5 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
