Procurement Specialist

Çelebi Havacılık Holding is seeking a high qualified Procurement Specialist. This person will be responsible for procurement functions, where defined spent categories are  included for Çelebi Aviation Holding Group companies which are established in Turkey, in India and in Europe , ensuring internal customers' products and services are properly sourced, ordered and delivered.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• University degree preferably from engineering departments

• Supply Chain knowlegde with  experience of at least 3 years or more in international procurement buying role with reviewing, interpreting, negotiating and administering subcontracts of varying complexity levels, from multinational suppliers ,preferably in information technologies, technical equipments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of general software (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Working good knowledge of SAP
• Working knowledge of e-procurement platforms and tools
• Preferably working knowledge of SRM (module of SAP) and catalogue creation, management on preferably SRM or similar softwares.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally.

Skills necessary

• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment covering Çelebi Aviation Group Companies in Turkey, India and Europe
• Excellent time management skills - manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet team performance cadence (PO acknowledgements; PR/PO notes updates; PO on-time-delivery (OTD) confirmation etc.
• Proficiency to perform and comprehend price and cost analysis, source selection/justification, analysis of supplier quotation

• Good procurement contract writing skills

• Ability to effectively present information to top management
• Strong interpersonal and influential skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both written- verbal internal customers of Çelebi Aviation Group Companies/ supplier, understanding how to identify and escalate issues
• Strong negotiating skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to think strategically

İŞ TANIMI

• Watch for and identify savings opportunities through procurement synergies in Çelebi Group Companies. Identify volume buyuing opportunities among all group companies and manage, from requsition to delivery procurement process for relevant categories.
• Develop strategies for optimizing the current supplier network in group companies, including consolidation and diversification where necessary for defined spent categories.
• Supplier risk assessment during selection process and on an on-going basis to ensure optimal supply as per defined requirements and commitments Integrate suppliers into the company's supply chain.
• Manage the supplier performance to meet delivery and quality standards, commitments and expectations.
• Assist in developing a strong and credible supplier network, and manage the supplier relationships.
• Ensure that suppliers observe and comply with applicable Çelebi corporate and local Quality standards.

• Communicate with business unit personnel and functional teams in Çelebi Group Companies to define product/service specifications, supplier identification and qualification for specific spent categories.

• Creation of relevant KPIs, and maintenance of statistics and reports.
• Develop Çelebi group company wise common spent catalogues and manage.
