Reporting directly to the business controller, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Analysing, detecting and evaluating legal and commercial risks of projects and contracts and implementing adequate risk mitigation actions;
• Leading contract preparations, participating contract negotiations and organising internal stakeholders to complete timely contract preparation phase;
• Taking responsibility for the effective execution of month end close routines in accordance with published deadlines;Optimising
• project cash flow and managing the hedging activities, tax issues, financial reporting, accounting, and project financing requirements;
• Monitoring the proper follow up on claims and back-charges;
• Providing high quality management information and financial support to Business Unit Controller;Controlling
• and analysing of full cost model, overheads and labour rates;
• Driving the periodic Project reviews and reporting cycle within the Business Unit;
• Providing strong financial and controlling support to project managers;
• Updating of project forecasts and budgets in ERP (SAP) and other systems;
• Ensuring compliance with USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and accounting and reporting guidelines;
• Taking a leading role in the development and continuous improvement of the company's SAP and other management reporting systems.
