• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related field of study.
• ITIL Expert Certification.
• 15+ years’ experience working in IT Service Management, including supervisory experience.
• Strong multi-tasking skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong
• demonstrated technical leadership and oversight experience.
• Detail oriented, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous.
• Experience with monitoring and notification tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams through appropriate recruitment/selection,coaching and employee management.
• No travel restrictions, both domestic and international travel,having an international sense of business.

The IT Operation Manager will be responsible for the operational oversight IT operations, leading a
team comprised of System and Network Administrators and Service Desk technicians.
 

• Manages team engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support to execute IT services and solutions.
• Ensures execution of proper operations and maintenance of environment comprised of servers and workstations on a combination of physical and virtual platforms.
• Oversees formal communication process to report on status of planned and unplanned outage notifications for the managed systems.
• Develops and oversees plans and implementations to stabilize, enhance, document and upgrade all operational platforms.
• Ensures staff has comprehensive skillset to cover and support all required operational service components.
• Provides weekly and monthly metrics to meet customer reporting requirements.
• Manages numerous functional areas of information system solutions development and technical support, including personal computer/client server support, systems programing,applications design and development, database design and administration, informationsecurity, and network support and administration.
• Supervises non-exempt technicians and exempt professionals, and may manage subordinatessupervisors.
• Develops schedules and assigns work to meet critical customer deadlines.
• Ensures that proper records and other documentation are maintained.
