QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Planning Specialist
We are seeking candidate/s for Şişecam Central Strategic Planning Department;
Main Responsibilities
· Coordinate business planning process by assisting with modeling initiatives, analyze and design financial models
· Analyze group’s financial and operational performance and understand key underlying reasons in financial gaps. Develop strategic options when necessary.
· Research and analyze in-depth target company's financial situations, industry and market data both qualitatively and quantitatively
· Involve in Forecasting, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes
· Develop a business plan and strategy around specific identified growth areas
Main Responsibilities
· Take active role in strategic planning process in Şişecam. He/she will be responsible for defining KPI’s and targets in line with company roles, analyzing group companies’ strategies and projections and ensure the alignment of Şişecam corporate strategy and its implications within the groups.
· Undertake clearly structured and rigorous analysis to track strategy execution, strategic initiatives, business plans and KPI’s
· Provide coaching and mentoring to business units/companies in selecting KPIs and performance targets in line with the Şişecam financial and strategic goals
· Analyze and prepare company and industry reports for strategy development process.
· Undertake detailed reviews of businesses, markets and competitive landscapes. Prepare reports for top level management.
Pozisyonun çalışma yeri 01.08.2016 tarihinden itibaren Tuzla olacaktır.
We are seeking candidate/s for Şişecam Central Strategic Planning Department;
- Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
- 2-5 years of relevant experience i.e. Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Strategic planning, business development,
- Business & financial modeling skills are required,
- Fluency in English, with good writing and presentation skills,
- Team player with strong capability to work and communicate with other related teams,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
- Fast and proper decision making, negotiation,
- Having skills of management and organization, communication, representation,
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in excel and powerpoint
