Warehouse Development Head of Section

BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Warehouse Development Head of Section in Cerkezkoy with the following qualifications; 

• University degree in Engineering disciplines, ideally in Engineering Management & Industrial engineering. Masters degrees preferred,
• 5 years experience in Logistics focusing on warehouse network, logistics flow setup, warehouse operations design,
• Experience in matrix organizations a plus,
• Excellent presentation and communications skills,
• Proven successes and experience in project management, 
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,
• Strong intercultural skills,
• Open-mindedness for new ideas and challenges,
• No restriction for occasional travel abroad,
• Fluency in English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset, 
• Excellent MS Office programs knowledge.

İŞ TANIMI

The person will be responsible for;

• Plan and manage regional logistics projects,
• Lead warehouse layout & operations design projects, set up and track performance targets,
• Partner with country level logistics managers to implement regional logistics strategy, 
• Carry out logistics network optimization studies to identify service, cost and lead time  improvement opportunities,
• Manage team of logistics analysts focusing on warehouse operations, logistics network, productivity and process design, 
• Provide subject matter expertise to purchasing, import/export  and planning departments.
