We are looking for a “Recruitment Chief” for our multinational client in air conditioning sector located at Manisa with the qualifications below; 
 

• University degree from reputable universities,
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment and /or consultancy company,
• Has blue collar, white collar and managerial roles recruitment experience,
• Experience in working both independently and as part of a team,
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations,
• Strong screening, interviewing and assessment skills,
• Has competence based interview techniques and assesment center experience,
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills,
• Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments,
• Flexibility and willingness to feedbacks, curiosity, and learning,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills - able to extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, and format into reports,
• Effective facilitation, coaching, counseling, and consulting,
• Excellent command of English is compulsory,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Searching and interviewing potential candidates, performing the internal job posting system, oversee the recruitment process until the position is closed,
• Working alongside with top management and members to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions for recruitment,
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
• Gathering applications and updating company’s candidate database
• Preparing recruiting weekly and monthly reports
• Planning and organizing an orientation program for new starters,
• Conducting internal interviews with the employees, in order to receive feedbacks to understand recruitment satisfaction,
• Designing, developing and implementing programs to continuously engage and motivate employees to achieve superior results,
