Equipment Head of Section

BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Equipment Head of Sectionto be employed in ÇerkezköyCooling Development Center with the following qualifications:

• University degree in related Engineering fields, MS degree is preferable.
• Min. 6 years of experience in development and testing of refrigerators,  2 years in project management
• Leadership Skills
• Advanced knowledge in BSH internal systems & processes and production methods
• Used to work in International teams and have Intercultural experience
• Analytical minded, team oriented, having innovative spirit, good communication skill and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Fluent English knowledge, German is an asset
• Live/willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Beylikdüzü and Bahçesehir 

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for:

• Train, develop and support all employees according their skills, plan and manage the resources of the department accordingly
• Technical leadership and coordination of searching for product ideas, concepts and designing, selecting, releasing of new parts and components in the area of refrigeration according to standards and internal specifications,
• Continuous improvement on these parts from cost and quality point of view,
• Support Customer Service in fullfilling their requirements
• Reducing technical complexity,
• Planning/ coordination prototyping and pre-series for the release of components,
• Supporting engineering department in the definition of production processes concerning equipment components,
• Support of Reverse engineering activities,
• Joining supplier audits concerning related components.
• Coordinate and execute of complex development tasks by leading the sub-functions
• Assure conformity of the development projects regarding Product Development Process (PEP) of BSH.
• Sub-module responsibilities in the PACT architecture in a global environment
