Min. bachelor’s degree
Related University Degree (Logistics, Business Administration etc.)
2-3 Years work experience
KPI Management Knowledge / Experience
Knowledge about MS Office Applications, especially Excel knowledge is must

Maximo and SAP knowledge is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Logistics and Inventory Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Logistics and Inventory Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Control the daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and transportation for main warehouse and 3PL regional warehouses
Take necessary actions to prevent any delay in the rollout plan arising from material shortage.
Control purchase orders, check warehouse stocks and try to fulfil POs w/o purchasing
Ensure that 3PL is working with the agreed KPI levels and take preventive actions in case of any problem
Optimize transportation operation by using Control Tower function.
Report warehouse KPIs, inventory turnover ratio, warehouse utilization ratio etc
Coordinate the related parties if there is a problem about POs, make them taking necessary actions to correct POs
Ensure Material Master Data Management
Visit and control BCO warehouses to ensure that they are working according to VF standarts, count inventory in 3PL regional WHs and sites
Manage the scrap process in the warehouse including planning, delivery and reconciliation with scrap company.
