• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy-Material Engineering or Business Administration from a Reputable University, 
• Experience of heavy construction equipment sector is an asset,
• Min. 5 years experienced in sales and client portfolio management,
• Need excellent presentation skills, solid commercial acumen, good administrative skills combined with high levels of drive and enthusiasm,
• Excellent organization, planning, negotiation and time management skills,
• Dynamic, strong interpersonal and high customer orientation skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• No restriction for traveling,
• Having a valid driving license and active driver,
• No military service obligation for the male candidates,
• Residing in Ankara.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for protect and improve existing client portfolio in his/her sales area,
• Achieve his/her targets by adding new customers on his/her portfolio,
• Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at the highest level in the accounts organizations,
• Prepare annual account plan in line with the international account plan strategy and implement market strategy,
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies,
• Systematically analyze and report sales results, market dynamics, competition and trends.
