QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor of science in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience in this field or similar commercial fields
  • English: fluent 
  • Turkish: Native Language 
  • Teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge in working with ERP systems 
  • Able to perform under pressure and short timelines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform business analysis like forecasting, projections and trends
  • Advanced Computer skills
  • Good commercial and business sense
     


İŞ TANIMI

  • Support the organization in developing and implementing advantaged GTM systems, with focus on improving sales productivity, time to sell and service frequency
  • Responsible of creating (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) GTM KPIs reports to review and increase general sales productivity
  • Partner with sales managers, trade marketing and logistics teams to implement an effective channel segmentation models
  • Support the development of monthly and annually sales target plans by analyzing sales KPIs and volume trends
  • Conduct time-motion studies to evaluate the need of resources, in an ongoing attempt to optimize sales and merchandizing
  • To Manage the Cleanup, prepare and maintain master customer database, for creating new routes or conducting re-routing exercises across regions and channels, with alignment of channel managers and sales teams
  • To Manage day-to-day administrative needs and troubleshooting of sales tools, handhelds, car printers, sales apps, across sales and merchandisers
  • Work closely with the front liners and IT team in resolving all sales technology tools technical glitches
  • Follow-up with all sales branches on monthly routing plans, by salesmen by customer, and uploading to system 
  • Manage the development of sales technology tools (Handheld devices), including installation of new applications, processes, and lift-and-shift best practices across markets, and partner with Sales, IT and Finance in purchasing of all sales technology solutions hardware and software
  • Coordinate and support the commercial teams to ensure understanding and buy-in for effective implementation of initiatives
  • Benchmark the capabilities and efficiency of relevant GTM models in the region, to build short and long terms GTM strategies
  • Coordinate with HR and commercial managers on annual basis to set the manpower plan by channel by region
