UI-Designer (International Trainee Programme)

• Fresh graduate of Faculty of Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design,  or equivalent education,
• Fluent in English is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process,
• Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and Javascript,
• Experience on Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks or comparable tools,
• Ability to work as part of an international team, self-managed, excellent communication skills, good time-management and multi tasking,
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
• Skill in general organization and managing complexity,
• High motivation for continuous and intensive development of professional and personal skills,
• Collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team,
• Passionate and professional knowledge about all things concerning web and mobile,
• Able to work in Germany HQ for 9 months of first year in order to get the know how and generate network.

İŞ TANIMI

• Perfectly understand the customers respectively stakeholders goals with the application,
• Working directly with prospective users in an iterative, agile manner and understand their information needs to achieve these goals,
• Generating user personas and user scenarios,
• Define an information architecture and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces,
• Preparing prototypes for internal review and brain storming, according to the maturity of the design using different tools (paper, iRise Mockup tool, HTML5),
• Presenting high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review, iteration or approval,
• Support the business development teams in defining the process flow,
• Support the evaluation of technical concepts together with the SW developers, based on the capabilities of a broad range of available technologies (Web, iOS, Android, Windows mobile),
• Conduct reviews and usability tests,
• Execute UI refactorings for existing applications,
• Analyze the usage of applications,
• Consult and train software developers in UI-Design.
