QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Training Development & Planning Specialist” for our Human Resources and Organizational Management Department located in Levent HO
with the skills such as;

- Graduate Students from 4 year university level
- At least 4 years of experience in analysis of training needs and developement of training Design
- Actively involved in projects in their previous job experiences
- Fluency English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and convertible
- Ability to problem solving
- Strong Analytic thinker
- High individual motivation
İŞ TANIMI
To analyse related management, departments and external customers’ needs and support them in their goals in order to design convenient learning and development solutions.In this content
- Candidates should determine the needs of the team which they are in responsible for, not only learning but also development process and design creative solutions for their needs
- Actively get involved training and development projects, in process of design and planning
- Actively take part in reformed practices in duration of design at Academy of Banking (YKB Akademy)
- Determine the training programs for different field of groups needs and apply them
Preferred Candidate
More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
