QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'Executive Asisstant ' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Products Division, in Dudullu location, with below qualifications;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- University Degree,
- At least 5 years of work experience as an executive assistant and/ or department assistant,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications ( Excel, Word, especially Power Point presentation)
- Excellent coordination, organization, communication and presentation skills,
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,
- SAP knowledge will be preferable.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will be responsible from;- Providing full support to the executive in all administrational functions,
- Prepare presentations with direction from executive,
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings,
- Coordinating travel arrangements for executive,
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls,
- Facilitating communication between executive and his direct reports,
- Organizing and support to monthly reports.
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
