Pre Production Engineer

BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Pre Production Engineer to be employed inÇerkezköy Plantswith the following qualifications:
 

• University degree in engineering or technical departments (mechanical engineers are preferred),
• Strong desire for new machinery and equipment
• Minimum 2-3 years manufacturing experience is required (enamelling process knowledge will be an asset)
• Metal forming and tooling knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of Autocad, UG, SAP
• Basic knowledge of Lean Production (TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S) and ability to use problem solving techniques (Kaizen, 6-Sigma)
• Analytical and open minded, creative, team worker, good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

 

İŞ TANIMI

The person will be responsible for;

• To identify of production processes, redesign of these processes in a more productive and lean way,
• To plan and manage the capacity, detecting and action planing against the capacity bottle necks,
• To prepare specification and provide the machine, equipment, tool and aparatus which is needed, via making acceptances,
• To plan and manage the productivity activities in order to improve OEE (equipment efficient),
• To plan the labor requirement,
• To follow up productivity and to study on productivity increasing projects,
• To integrate new products into stations,
• To make standart time studies (MTM), station balancing, to optimize the material flows,
• To plan and implement Ergonomy improvements and Kaizen projects,
• To create routings, work centers on system (SAP),
• To prepare work instructions (SOS), updating via follow up,
• To preparation and manage the department value stream mapping-design (VSM-D),
• To prepare and update the department layout,
• To provide TPM early equipment management.
