What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, statistics, foreign trade or Relevant Field.
* 5-7 years of experience in commercial activities.
* Advanced level of MS Office Programs especially in Excel & SAP/Spridon.
* Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
* Know-how on the applications of basics of financial accounting, controlling, reporting/preparing procedures and documentation, law of contracts, IFRS, statistics, foreign trade, general logistics etc.
* NCM and Turnkey Project knowledge
* Multinational or corporate company experience.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.

What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed for male candidates.
* No restrictions for travelling.

For our Power and Gas and Power Generation Services Division (Istanbul or Ankara), we are looking for a  Commercial Project Manager. This role will be responsible for financial performance of projects

What are my responsibilities?
* Commercial project execution and supporting PM group with all internal guidelines/regulations along with PM@Siemens Guidelines and New collaboration model(NCM).
* Controlling of Project related costs and update of con-current cost calculations (Mika)
* Risk, claim, change and opportunity management of the project
* Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial for management view
* Order registration in SAP (Spridon),  preparation of invoices with necessary documentation
* Follow-up, planning, reporting , reconciliation of customer accounts (Receivables, Payables, Guarantees etc.) , project related THOA/SLA
* Follow-up of logistics (customs clearance, transportation and customer coordination).
* Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and issuance of required booking and preparation of vouchers.
* Taking Part in Budget & Planning Phases (Execute financial analysis, develop various financial reports)
* Cash-flow follow up of projects and manage currency risk.
* Other reporting and planning activities.
