IT PROJECT MANAGER

TAV TECHNOLOGIES

• Bachelor degree, in an Engineering or IT related major.

• Relevant experience of 4 – 8 years, with minimum 2 - 3 years experience of proven track record in IT Project Management.

• Experience with airport IT/ICT and ULV systems projects is a plus.

• Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions, and industries such as Network Active, Network Passive infrastructure, WLAN, Datacenters, Storages, Servers, IP Telephony, IPTV, Video Conferencing, CCTV, PAS, Access Control etc. is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of English is a must.

• Able to travel for domestic and international projects.

• PMP Certification or equivalent experience.

İŞ TANIMI

Looking for an IT Project Manager to join the IT PMO in Istanbul Headquarter and manage the domestic and international projects. Project Manager will follow an established methodology to ensure that project’s goals and objectives are met, completed on time and within budget. They are also responsible for holding all those working on the project accountable for their deliverables.

Position Responsibilities

• Should have hands on experience leading, planning, managing and directing multiple complex projects.

• Lead cross-functional team with business divisions, corporate services, and external vendors on projects.

• Tracks project progress with respect to time, budget and demonstrated results. Identifies variances from plan and ensuring mitigating actions are agreed and in place.

• Able to develop and deliver high-quality documentation in support of the project (e.g. status reports, proposals, presentations).

• Excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholders’ expectations at all levels and in particular, comfortable with providing updates to senior management.

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and create an environment where they can be successful and maximize their potential.
