QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
·University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
·Minimum five years of experience in related fields
·In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, covering fiber optic networks, premises structured cabling, data networks(LAN)
·Experience in detail at Data Center Architectures & patch cabling
·Experience in the Design and Engineering of Structured Cabling Systems (SCS)
·Ability to horizontal design copper and fiber
·Good understanding network switching architectures
·Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MS Excel
·Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to respond immediately to often changing business priorities
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Drive to keep up-to-date on latest technical trends
·Good command of English and Turkish
·No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
The Network Designer must have recent experience in the design. Responsible integration and implementation of voice and data communications cabling systems and related infrastructure for large sites. Responsible for the preparation of BoQ. Collecting Inputs for building design from the clients. SCS products and components are reviewed in terms of selection and use. including the layout structures for equipment installations .Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD with the ability to setup new drawings, configuration of basic settings including font sizing ,title block, batch printing, carry out fast editing of existing structure cabling system drawings.· Any industry specific certifications a huge plus (BICSI, Systimax, Panduit, Corning)
· Select optimum Structured Cabling Systems products for the design
· Design a fiber and copper riser systems
· Knowledge on active network design
· Knowledge passive network products
· Ability to design cabinet layout according to cooling requirements
· Determine Data Center and equipment layouts and install Data Center hardware including backboards, connecting blocks, racks, patch panels and fiber enclosures.
