•   5+ years of industry experience in Project Management or Quality Management,
•   2+ years of leadership experience by managing Engineering teams,
•   Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field,
•  Strong people management skills,
•  Proven ability to source and grow talented, cross-functional engineers, 
•  Ability to quickly understand and gain domain expertise in highly complex projects,
•  Strong documentation and communication skills within a team environment, 
•  Analytical minded, creativity, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and manage QMD (Quality Management new Development Projects) team which is acting with regional responsibility and in coordination with PRF-QMD,
• Define targets, evaluate, monitor them and support continuously development of staff  to achieve or exceed the targets by optimum usage of planned resources (HC, invest, ect),
• Definition of regional QMD strategy and RTC wide leading of regional development projects as well supporting /coordinating and functional leading of local (factory) Q-leads, 
• Development  and continuous improvement of preventive quality methods of product development,
• Assuring actively management and guiding of all quality-relevant topics within a development product project as QM representative (QM-lead),
• Acting as interface to PRF-QMD for transferring knowledge, applications, methods and standards to RTC by providing trainings to local Q-leads,
• Ensuring required competences for QM project leaders and as well for sub-project leaders.
• Controlling, monitoring and reporting of RTC QMD activities,
• Repair complexity Matrix, coordinate improvement of reparability with repair complexity matrix and repair workshops together with customer service,
• QM planning in projects which include methods, tools, and standards and as well testing plan and technical Controlling of QM measures in product projects,
• Definition and tracing of target (time line and also Quality targets),
• Supporting Milestone evaluations (ME) for Regional and local projects (FRFI1; FRFI2; FRFP) within development phase and preparation of release decision, risk assessment for limited release and being in co-responsibility  for monitoring of (limited) releases,
• Leading product Audit team, 
• Supporting, guiding and coaching QMD department members in order to assure and fulfill QM relevant targets in the RTC projects and take over cross-functional coordination between all project partners and QM by.
