SERVICE SALES ENGINEER – PROCESS INDUSTRIES

We seek for “Service Sales Engineer” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Industrial Automation Division, in Dudullu location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in field service or sales,
• Good knowledge in process automation products, systems and related operation, maintenance solutions,
• Understanding the needs of the customers and Prepare ABB’s Service offerings based on customer needs in accordance with ABB offering and strategy,
• Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented,
• Has general knowledge in contract and risk management,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

The candidate will be responsible for;

• Develop business through market research and identify project opportunities,
• Continue to support customers and follow up on further service requirements,
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities,
• Pursue and build business and relationships through proactive selling,
• Utilize all opportunities to sell additional services to customers,
• Increasing the Service & Spare part business,
• Achieve sales order volume as per agreed team and personal target, 
• Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries.
