Our candidate should have;
- at least 3 years of development experience using PHP Programming Language
- knowledge about Object Oriented Design Principles
- knowledge about Design Patterns and MVC
- relational Database Management and MySQL Experience
- basic HTML5, Javascript & CSS3 Knowledge,
- basic Server Configuration and knowledge using Apache, Nginx
- experience of working with versioning control system like SVN, GIT 

Following qualifications are also plus;
- Knowledge about Agile Development
- Project Management Tools like JIRA
- experience of working with PHP frameworks like Laravel
- experience of working with template engine like Smarty
- experience on UNIX operating systems like Ubuntu, Linux Mint
- experince of working with NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB,MongoDB, Cassandra
- experience of caching tools like memcache
