QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
* Industrial Engineering graduate
* Perfect English and German is an assest as a second language
* Below 30 years of age
* No military obligation for male candidates
* Quality information reporting and analysis,
* Developing and implementing improvement plans and monitor effectiveness,
* Leading problem solving activities and the improvement teams based on FTQ and customer complaint results,
* Being the link with the customer support team, supplier quality development and product engineering team in the plant,
* Being part of the PDP team to assure all quality deliverable for new business, model changes and business transfers (plant related),
* Knowing customer/product specific quality standarts, close coordination with reliability,
* Developing quality plan,
* Controling part approval documentation (PPAP) ,
* Being a team leader in problem solving activities.
