İŞ TANIMI

Abbott Turkey is looking for a Product Manager for the nutrition division. Position will be reporting to Marketing Manager.

• Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans, take part in brand strategy and lead executions, within marketing budget to achieve sales and market share targets
• Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs
• Coordinate sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their topnotch execution
• Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
• Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and on going basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies
• Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis
• Formulate HCP (health care professionals) strategy and derive action plans
• Define and lead innovation needs, develop & keep full innovation pipeline
