Innovation and Technology Expert

BSH Home Appliances is searching for an Innovation & Technology Engineer/Expert to be employed in Innovation & Technology Management Department  at Teknokent-Maslak Office with the following qualifications;

•   Master  degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical     Engineering
•  3+ years professional experience at Industrial R&D functions &/or at Research Institutes are preferred
•   Work experience in a technological start-up or similar fast paced environment is beneficial
•   Professional experience at Home Appliance, Automotive or Defense Industries is preferred
•   Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative are mandatory prerequisites
•   Self-motivated convincing person with strong stakeholder orientation with excellent communication skills
•    No domestic or international travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI

This person will be responsible for; 

•   Research and develop a variety of innovative projects. Scout and monitor innovation topics
•   Transfer new technologies to Product Development and to Manufacturing with the objective of quick   commercializing of the technologies
•  Steer technology network with Universities, research Institutes and technology providers
•  Extent and create new networks. Connect those already existing worldwide
•  Leading or support the execution and implementation of technology projects
•  Coordinate University Collaboration projects of Product Divisions.
