Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto Group. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce and market closure tapes & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, wet wipes, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.  

We are looking for Sales Engineer who will be responsible for Industrial Tapes.
This position will be reporting to Sales Manager.

The Profile:
 

- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

- At least 3 years experience in technical sales or industrial commodities (having an experience about tapes is a plus)

- Experience in project management

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Excellence in English

- Ability to travel in Turkey and other countries if necessary

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to plan and schedule projects

- Commitment to customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication - both verbal and written

- Ability to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment

- Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives

- Ability to identify technical solutions to customers’ business needs

- No military service obligation

- Valid driving licence

 

İŞ TANIMI

The Role:
 

- Carrying out deep analysis of customer production processes and provide tecnical alternatives

- Interpreting customer needs and focus on new ideas to help customers

- Gather requirements from customer and negotiate best, suitable and improved solutions

- Analysis of the requirements and evaluate design solutions for projects

- Carry out testing period internally and externally,

- In the development process of the solution,to keep in touch with other Nitto Group Companies in cooperation with Quality and Production Departments; 

- Follow up processes of problem analysis, solution  development,  presentation and implementation

- Analysis of customer complaints and find out the root cause

- Research the feasibility of existing solutions and analysis of potential risks of these solutions

- Analysis of potential new business areas and create technical solutions.
