İŞ TANIMI

• To deeply analysis warranty trends and to take the necessary actions in Plant
• To Focus focus on early hours issues and to prevent the issues in earliest time in product life.
• To increase % Claim Report(PGF) reply and decrease response time,
• To provide support to Diagnostic Teams in three different platforms.
• To be improvements and solve issues from four different Current Product Meetings(CPM) platforms.
• To help early warning aftersales issues and to work ith team to decrease the aftersale costs.
• To write technical and management related reports
