QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience of establishing good working relationships with internal teams, service providers and suppliers
  • Experience of working in ITIL Operations/Service Management environments
  • Experience in analyzing performance against SLAs
  • ITIL v3 qualified
  • Collaborative
  • Effective negotiation and Conflict management skills
  • Good understanding of corporate Technology policies, procedures and standards
  • General knowledge of Telecom business systems environment
  • Experience in project management with Analytical skills
  • Experience in management level reporting
  • Experience in implementing processes and procedures
  • Customer relationship skills and Customer focused
  • Good verbal and written communications skills


İŞ TANIMI

  • Establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept,
  • Re-planning, re-designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization,
  • Effective working with executive management and business leaders to determine acceptable levels of risk for units,
  • Risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business,
  • Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the, legal requirements and environmental factors,
  • To identify, evaluate and report on all technology related risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements and aligns with and supports the risk posture of the enterprise,
  • Oversee a variety of technology-related risk management activities,
  • Periodic risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences,
  • Ensure that the most significant risks are communicated to related parties for awareness of risks relevant to their parts and make sure that they understood their accountability for the risks,
  • Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors,
  • Providing support, education and training to build risk awareness within the organization.
  • Closely work on Technology Continuity & Risk management issues
  • Monitor continuity plans and procedures; plan and execute review process
  • Support periodical BCM verification and exercise efforts
  • Act as SPOC for Technology Compliancy requirements and ensure execution for BCM
  • Ensure that Technology related risks are identified, assessed and reported
  • Track and Report on progress of the approved risks
  • Support decreasing the probability and/or the effect of risks
  • Report existing risks to Technology Governance Manager and establish alignment
  • The role owner will develop the content of the SLA/OLA documents and will negotiate it with the respective delivery team
  • The role is responsible for tracking the SLA/OLA achievements and to initiate required actions to improve the required working quality
  • This role is accountable for representing Service Assurance in special projects/task forces & responsible for identifying the right resources to support these special projects 
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable 
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.  
  • Ensure that VFTRBCM policy /standard, procedures, plansimplemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007Standard
  • Ensure that BCMrisks are assessed and mitigatedso far as is reasonably practicable in VFTRBusiness Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  • Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
