Middleware System Senior Associate

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics or engineering,
• 2 years experience in Websphere -Weblogic Administration,
• Software Configuration Management and/or DevOps positions is a must,
• Preferably experience in administration (Linux, Windows), virtualization (VMWare), container-based virtualization (Docker),
• At least 1 years experience strong knowledge in software development, build, release and code analysis tools; Eclipse, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Gradle,
• Hands-on professional experience in Scripting Languages ; Phyton, Ruby, Bash, Haskell, Java Script,
• Doing constant research and keep up to date on trends on DevOps related concepts,
• Experience with monitoring approaches and tools (Zipkin, AppDynamics, ManageEngine, Kibana, Grafana, etc) will be an asset,
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in software configuration, release management and continuous integration (CI) in cloud-based environments,
• Ensuring all necessary monitoring, alerting and backup solutions are in place,
• Designing infrastructure for scalability, resiliency, performance and security aspects of products,
• Experience in multi-national, multi-cultural and distributed software development environments will be an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• Improvement of automation degree in integration, deployment, monitoring and configuration, management aspects of the developed solutions and the development infrastructure
• Contribution to solutions architectures, requirements elicitation and development processes improvement,
• Design, document, automate, implement, and maintain DevOps processes (build, release, cloud deployment, version control, branching, and merging etc.) for the Industrial Cloud Development Project will be an asset,
• Improvement, operation and maintenance of existing Continuous Integration ( CI ) pipeline and acceptance test environment,
• Provide the acceptance of changes to products/services via defined acceptance criteria,
• Performance management to ensure platform, hardware, application and  content meets the specified end to end availability & performance levels,
• Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the        platforms against forecasted growth and demand,
• Ownership of the product/service functionality to ensure it meets operational needs for performance management and reporting,
• Ensure that, business processes to support and manage the service are developed, rolled out are not impacted adversely by any changes to the product/service,
• Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support.
