• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Adminstration, Economics, Management & Industrial Engineering or a related field , Marketing master's degree is a plus
• 8 years of experience in Marketing functions in retail industry
• At least 3 years team management experience
• No obstacles for travelling both nationally and internationally
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Completed military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Travel to existing international markets periodically and in line with marketing policies and targets, and facilitate, follow-up on, and check on advertisement goals and action plans on location,
• Provide advice for and oversee the preparation of advertising work plans and budgets in existing international markets, and follow up on and control the budget effectively,
• Oversee and follow up on the design and application of exclusive promotional/image/advertorial material for existing international markets with agencies,
• Determine and order the design, content, and technical details of printed advertorial materials prepared for international markets,
• Prepare media plans and media planning budget with the unit manager in charge of image or advertising campaigns, and ensure the timely application of materials according to plan with the media buying agency,
• Facilitate the product management and store concept applications in the relevant country,
• Follow competitors' international marketing strategies and take the necessary precautions.
