Order Handling Admin/Coordinator

We are looking for a Order Handling Coordinator to be a part of our Customer Service Department located in our Headquarters in Umraniye, Istanbul.

• University degree in business administration or foreign trade or logistics,
• Min. 3 years of work experience in a related field, 
• Experience of order handling process,
• Proven trade compliance experience,
• Proven working experience of successful distribution and logistics management,
• Demonstrable ability to lead all logistics processes,
• Proficiency in English is a must, verbal and written,
• Good command on Microsoft Office programs,
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure,
• Attention to detail is essential,
• Good negotiator & fosters a win/win philosophy towards problem solving,
• Good communication skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages all third party logistics service providers,
• Coordinates storage, transportation and delivery of all logistics process
• Tracking trade documentations,
• Leads efficiency and cost saving projects,
• Works in cooperation with local sales teams and manufacturing units in line with the policies determined by the company,
• Ensure to minimize the logistics cost by productivity implementations, route optimization, loading & unloading, saving applications,
• Coordinating the delivery for supply of products,
• Determines the most effective method of delivery for export regions,
• Ensures that products are being delivered to the customer on time without any damage or loss.
