QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
26 countries (partnering with mobile networks in 55 more) and fixed broadband operations in 17 markets, serving 446 million mobile customers and 12 million fixed broadband customers around the world. - The accountabilities of this role are
- University graduate in Engineering or similar fields
- Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom industry or project management functions
- Strong project management skills and experience
- English: Fluent (Spoken and written)
- Excellent command of MS Office tools and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and out-of-the- box thinking skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and delivers success
- Strong communication and Cross-functional team management skills
- Result and KPI oriented
- Goood knowledge of CRM tools (Siebel, chordiant, unica..)& techniques (contextual marketing, inbound, outbound marketing, digital marketing,

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Omni Channel Marketing Projects Management - Sr Associate Manager/Fixed Term with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Campaign Mngmnt&Analytics Manager of Vodafone Turkey.- Be responsible from the Project management of the next generation marketing projects in the CVM roadmap being in close relationship with Demand Planning, IT, Channels, Base Marketing and Vendor firms.
- Co-ordinate next generation marketing transformation projects in means of design, project management and deployment with related functions
- Be responsible for the marketing operational excellence, so will proactively search for ways to improve efficiency of marketing capabilities and campaign management process
- Follow the deadlines, make sure that projects are planned considering all dimensions; delivered on time; with high quality
- Make sure that the project achieved the revenue, CX and sales KPIs
- Be in close contact with all channels to enable the right marketing capability be present in al channels
- Follow the new technologies closely.
- Be in close contact with Vodafone Group contacts in terms of new capabilities and Vendors.
- Be responsible for implementation of seamless customer experience in all channels
- Have an important function of coordinating different departments and profiles of people to achieve a revenue oriented development, so should convince people during to achieve these targets
