QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline
Min 5 years of work experience telecom industry with hands-on in Packet Core Network
Significant experience of E/// SGSN, GGSN, DNS
Significant experience of PCRF Systems
Deep understanding of Packet Core call flows, GPRS Roaming, Charging
Significant experience on scripting
Deep understanding of security systems
Strong prioritisation skills
Fluent English
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a PS Core 2nd Level Operations Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IP&PS Core Operaitons Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

To Lead Deployment, Operations, KPI Monitoring, Performance and Optimization of Packet Core Network to ensure 7 * 24 service availability and best customer experience.

Developing team strategy to reach main targets
Defining new processes to meet the needs of business
Defining new KPIs to improve service and system quality
Manage the daily operation and work balance between team members
Preparing reports to update management about the team progress
Keep in scope systems and services 7*24 up and running
Ensure that all PS services are planned, implemented and working in a resilient approach
Make troubleshooting in case of faults or service outages and solve problems
Work in a proactive way to prevent incidents
Comply with BTK related regulation rules and policies
Give support to other teams
Manage troubleshooting activities in case of faults or service outages
Manage root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are taken
Making capacity expansions
Increasing the efficiency and automation
Making all requested works suitable to change management work flow and maximo regarding minimum customer effect
Work in a proactive way to prevent incidents
Provide necessary support to other teams
Ensuring required announcements and notifications on time
