- Know-how in fixed/mobile telecommunication sector

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Site Acquisition Manager-Anka with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Site Acqusition Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Meet with the municipalities and governmental substructure coordination offices
- Meet with the government institutions such as ministry of forestry and general directorate of highways, in order to organize the frame agreements with local governmental authorities
- Manage the coordination with other operators to create benefits from synergy
- New Site / Site Replacement (DM/M) : To catch strict technical teams targets (NPS, Coverage etc) working with regional technical teams
- Contract & Landlord Management: Managing contracts. Renewal of ended contracts within budget alignment. Contract loose ratio should be very low for operational effectiveness.
- Manage the Coordination, scheduling and tracking of site visits and technical team visits with various departments
- Manage payments, accruals in the region
- The making of leases and contract fulfilment management process
- Getting permission from landlords for FTTS investments
- Coordination and supervision of the process for Fiber contractors
- Development of saving projects according to Site Acquisition Opportunities
- Responsible for regional leases and rentals OpEx. Following monthly actual status and realize monthly and yearly company targets
- Regional fibre & fibre related locations acquisition’s budget creation and follow up
- Develop saving projects to decrease RoW costs
- KPI & Target setting of department and continues monitoring the status of these KPI & targets.
- Outsourced companies’ contractual KPI and Target creation and track the achievements on weekly basis.
- Regional Service Providers contractual KPI coordination and tracking.
- Control periodical/ad-hoc RoW Protocol Reports (New greenfield brownfield sites)
