Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of recruitment and talent management, 
• Analytically minded and adaptable for the new challenges in a problem-solving environment, 
• Team player with self motivation and perfect planning skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good at interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• No military service obligation for male candidates. 

• Carrying out competence-based interview process for Head Office recruitments,
• Determination of employee selection process, method and tools to be applied according to recruitment policy and research results,
• Being responsible of university career activities and social media processes to support the employer brand management,
• Applying succession planning process, promotion process and potential employee management system within the scope of talent management project,
• Preparing quarterly and annualy HR reports.
