GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

University degree with strong record of achievement preferably from Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Departments.
MBA / MSC / MA (Desired)
Experience in MS Excel / Word / Power Point
General knowledge and understanding of GSM networks (preferred), data mining, credit scoring, and statistics.
SQL and SAS Programming knowledge (Preferred)
SAS Enterprise Miner or SPSS experience (Preferred)
Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, initiative and good judgment.
Strong written communication skills
Analytical Skills
Willing to work additional hours during peak periods

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Credit Risk Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

The Credit Risk Analyst supports the Credit Risk Team team within the Company’s Finance group. Reporting directly to the Credit Risk Manager.

Develop and implement score cards and decision strategies based on statistical analysis for origination and customer management processes.
Review and update credit models and scorecards periodically according to the changing customer profile, service/campaign offers and other parameters that will affect performance.
Design, build and maintain credit risk datamarts required for origination and customer management systems.
Monitor and analyse scoring and decision performance through key performance indicators
Perform periodic and ad-hoc analysis to identify weaknesses and propose remedies
Establish necessary control systems to assure accurate and robust operation in credit decision systems.
