The general qualifications of this position include the followings:

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience preferrably in telecommunication industry
• Holding a Project Management Certification, preferably PMP
• Knowledge of methodologies for Project Management
• Customer, quality, process and result driven
• Leadership skills
• Pro-active and active problem-solving attitude
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills into project management environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Military service should be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

The successful recruit will mainly be responsible for the execution of the projects and management of project members leading the dedicated project task forces. He/She will select and appoint the required qualified and experienced resources for the execution of the projects to ensure the projects will be delivered on time, on cost and safely.
