• University degree in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in all areas of HR functions such as performance management,traning&development,recruitment,employee relations
•  Blue collar workers dominate the relationship
• Willing to work cooperatively as a team member
• Self disciplined and motivated
• Good knowledge of English,
• Use MS Office programs can be effective,
• Resident in Asian side(especially Gebze)
• Class B driving license,

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute all matters pertaining to personnel  for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
• Supporting all business functions in terms of human resources management
• Ensuring the necessary communication with official institutions and goverment.
•  Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about learning,  development, career management,performance evaluation,recruitment
• Take an active part at projects that are aimed to enhance employee engagement
• Prepare/update, announce and keep track of  implementation of HR procedures, policies, guides and forms
