EXPERT REVENUE ASSURANCE PROCESS MANAGER

• Min 8 years’ experience in telecommunications industry,
• Min 5 years’ experience in Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management or a related area,
• University degree with strong record of achievement preferably from engineering (telecommunication, computer, electrical & electronics or industrial) or Economic & Administrative Sciences (Business Administration or Economics) departments,
• Ability to lead and engage multi-disciplined operational function,
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills,
• Strong understanding of all key technical aspects of telecoms OSS and BSS architecture, key business processes and commercial models,
• Educated to post graduate level with both good technical and business understanding,
• Proven Project Management skills,
• Fluent English,
• No military obligation.

İŞ TANIMI

• Leading the strategy for Revenue and Margin Assurance across a business area,
• Driving a step change in risk management and control improvement at Turkcell and its subsidiaries,
• Influencing senior stakeholders to drive the Revenue and Margin Assurance agenda for the business area,
• Supporting process mapping and risk assessment activities as owned by the business,
• Leading cross-functional groups to delve into complex processes and find issues,
• Building up strong knowledge within defined scope of responsibility,
• Acting as the trusted partner for senior stakeholders at Turkcell and its subsidiaries,
• Interpreting data from KPIs and identify areas where issues may be occurring,
• Having a full understanding of the processes that drive revenue and cost at Turkcell,
• Working to ensure risks from business change (i.e. projects etc) are effectively managed, as well as aiming to reduce issues by “designing out” failure.
