• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Experience in supply/logistics and SAP is a differentiator
• Experience in B2B Customer Service is a benefit

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage customer relationships (mostly by phone) via proactive customer calling, sensing, collecting Customer Intelligence and feeding it back to relevant Commercial colleagues.
• Manage internal and external end to end order to cash process in an efficient and error free way. This includes order capture, commitment to orders, resolution of obstacles to commitment, confirmation, progression, order-amendments, invoicing, cash collection, managing complaints, indirect tax and some export related issues.
• Be guardian of contacts assigned
• Form a natural working team together with Commercial, Supply and Finance.
• Liaise and manage internal and external stakeholders (third party suppliers and depots).
• Actively promote and utilize available e-tools.
• Ensure customer master data is kept up to date, both in systems and in files.
• Develop demand forecasts for the area and on the basis of this, agree supply plans from Rotterdam (or Singapore)
• Manage inventory and put in place processes for inventory reconciliation and loss/gains
• Raise purchase orders and receive the product upon arrival
• Manage surveyor contracts locally and appoint/call-off surveyors
• Translate business requirements into a strategy to contract the required services and assets on the logistics market.
• Responsible for assuring that all contracted 3rd party Logistics Service Providers meet the Shell Chemicals HSSE requirements and derived KPI's in terms of safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable operation.
