ELECTRONIC FLIGHT BAG ASSISTANT SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Flight Bag Assistant Specialist and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

Our requirements for this position;

• Bachelor degree related to computer science or statistics,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (knowledge of German is preferable),
• Be able to work in shifts,
• Preferably having experience in aviation,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong communication and strong discussion,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad,
• Good at analyzing the problem and able to find the core reason,
• Experienced in creating statistical reports,
• No obstacles for traveling for duties outside of Antalya.

İŞ TANIMI

EFB Assistant Specialist responsibilities will be;

• Supports SXS and SXD Pilots via Phone/case system,
• Support to apply EFB Contingency procedures while briefing stage of pilots,
• Analyses the hardware and software problem and resolves while in operation,
• Coordinate the Back-Up PED’s at bases,
• Logs all issues and reports,
• Sends and receives pilot PED’s,
• Daily checks hardware equipment within briefing rooms,
• Contact with EFB Administrator in case of urgent situations,
• Checks all NAS servers after synchronous times,
• Resolves any problems regarding PED password or e-signature,
• For other bases, resolves the problem remotely,
• Establish tasks given by EFB Administrator,
• Creates statistical reports on given task.
