QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Key Accounts - Senior Sales Engineer to be placed in our Istanbul Head Office. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or a related technical education,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HVAC, Construction or Contracting sectors,
  • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry is an asset,
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively,
  • A customer oriented way of working,
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Good financial understanding,
  • Active driver,
  • No travel restrictions.


İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Sales Director of Key Accounts, Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible of
  • Selling and servicing customers with their assigned channel accounts to drive product revenue and margin results. (Sells, renews and expands product agreements to both key and targeted customers to reach optimal sales and profit levels. Responsible for meeting assigned product sales goals and objectives),
  • Face-to-face networking with mechanical contractors, general contractors, construction firm leaders, engineering consultants, real estate leaders, building owners, business and professional leaders when appropriate,
  • Provides competitive analysis of local marketplace and obtains asisstance for technical expertise, sales asisstance and market development activities,
  • Will work in line with Johnson Controls policies and procedures such as integrity and safety.

Preferred Candidate

3 - 10 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt, Delayed
Class B
