- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, master degree is a plus
- Up to 2 years of experience especially in Marketing or Finance departments
- Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
- Work under high pressure and time constraints
- Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
- Telecom sector experience is a plus

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Pricing&Revenue Specialist-Enterprise with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Pricing&Revenue Manager-Enterprise of Vodafone Turkey.
- Responsible from the Pricing of tariff portfolio with the goal of maximising inflow ARPU (Average Revenue per User)
- Recommend innovative tariff models for Turkish Enterprise market.
- Tracking tariffs/promo by competitors, assessing customer insights and U&A analysis..
- Design and analyze tariffs and pricing promotions, leveraging customer insights and global best practices that maximize elastic usage and drive customer advocacy
- Ensure the tariff portfolio is competitive, well positioned, driving customer activity and increasing ARPU
- Track closely Revenue targets vs actuals
- Come up with new proposals/initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line with targets
- Conduct pre-evaluation studies of new tariffs and campaign ideas to support new tariff developments and measurements of impact after launch
- Carry out post-evaluation of new tariffs / campaign, understand and report in detail the customer behavior, and propose new actions, offers and concepts if necessary.
- Work closely with Finance teams to provide the financial assumptions for the Recommendation process
