QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Having Bachelor's Degree,
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in employer branding or internal communications,
- Experience in defining and executing attraction, outreach, and lead generation strategies through various channels to meet high volume recruiting objectives,
- Marketing experience in: brand, creative, messaging, targeted audience campaigns, content, events, social media, communications and value propositions and positioning,
- Demonstrated ability to show metrics and measureable impact of attraction strategies,
- Substantial experience leveraging social media, community sites, industry groups, and internet sourcing platforms to connect with hard to reach candidates,
- Communications experience in a manufacturing support role is highly desirable,
- Experience working with all levels of employees, including management committee members, first-line managers and production employees,
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills required,
- Creativity - ability to introduce and manage the communications channels that will deliver the plan,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,

Arçelik Group is looking for an
Employer Branding Senior Specialist who will work for Human Resources Directorate. - Initiating the design and delivery of Arçelik Group’s employer branding and messaging strategy internally and externally,
- Contributing to our Talent Acquisition social media and digital media strategy through various channels on mass and niche online spaces,
- Identifying, organizing and attending networking and recruiting events (meetups, diversity events, job fairs, etc.),
- Partnering with the HR Consultants to drive interest in campus recruitment and university – industry collaborations,
- Delivering high-value communication leveraging a global Internal Communication experience compliant with our EVP,
- Developing and executing an internal communication strategy and plan that includes site-specific communications needs and global initiatives,
- Defining and implementing the country communication strategy and plan,
- Managing and targeting key internal communications channels at site level to varied audiences,
- Content management of the Arçelik global intranet and functional pages,
- Planning and implementing regular and ad-hoc communications.
