QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or Technical High Schools
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
  • MS office applications
  • Supply high concentration and attention.
  • Ability to work in shift environment
  • To have intermediate or advance level of English.


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a CS Core & Roaming L1 Ops. Spec. with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  to CS Core & Roaming L1 Ops. Executive of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
The accountabilities of this role are:
 
  • To perform fault monitoring and remote fault management activities for Level one(1) operations and manage general CS&Roaming network performance   7days /24 hours in all CS Core Network Elements.  
  • Monitor and manage CS Core & Roaming  faults.
  • Publish the daily working reports.
  • Monitoring of outputs of the scripts that reports the network problems  by umbrella fault management tools, e-mail or sms.
  • Monitioring of notifications and indicators of performance of network for abnormal situation.
  • Completing or Escalating of request coming from other operators, 3rd party companies, roaming partners, etc…
  • Announcing of the incident like clear code increasing, disruption, link disconnection, performance degradation ,etc…
  • Deciding the severity of the problem and reporting emergency and critical problems to Cs L2/L3 .
  • Monitoring of the customer complaints reported via maximo
  • Completing requests coming from other departments.

Less than 2 years of experience
