Business Controller & BPO - Core Cutting

We seek for “BUSINESS CONTROLLER and BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Transformers, Core Cutting Center at Dilovası location with below qualifications;
·         University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments
·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial roles of increasing responsibility in multinational companies,
·         Knowledge on financial accounting and reporting (USGAAP / IFRS),
·         Very good command of written and spoken English,
·         Use ERP's and IS Systems,
·         Proficient with MS Office, SAP,
·         Strong leadership and coaching skills,
·         Analytical thinking, strategy and result oriented and self-motivated,
·         Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

The candidate will be responsible from;

·         Responsible for financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
·         Ensures monitoring of financial performance of G&A related cost performance versus budget and forecast and recommend
·         Suggests the model of the financial structure of the business
·         Cooperates with the other controllers on risk management processes
·         Prepares the budget follow up and gives necessary inputs and warnings
·         Ensures the cost structure for calculation model
·         Ensures group directives and instructions application, responsible for SOX
·         Ensures the compliance of internal processes to US GAAP/IFRS and verifies the correct implementation of those
·         Controls and approves the purchase orders, expense forms and other transactions
·         Coordinate business process owners for front-end, engineering, production planning and execution, controlling,
·         Establish business process for project / sales order costing, use of costing sheets,
·         Order configuration and engineering investigation, evaluation, recommendation to support the business processes and their implementation,
·         Design and implement cost-effective business processes using information systems based solutions to business problems,
·         Prepare, implement and improve order configuration and other sales configuration tools in alignment with the SAP back end,
·          Work closely with BU functions to harmonize the way business is conducted by implementing SAP standard concepts (SPEX, ECS, T-Link etc),
·         Coordinate with  functions and country IS organization while implementing new solutions in SAP modules as well as other softwares  ECS, T-Link etc.
